CREATIVE DIRECTION • ART DIRECTION • 3D PRODUCT VISUALISATION • CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
A full creative direction and art direction campaign — built on 3D, storytelling and real-world authenticity.
When BUNKER prepared to launch LOAD-UP and Van Storage, this wasn’t simply another product release. It required a strategic, visual and narrative campaign that could speak directly to tradespeople — showing them why these systems matter and how they solve real on-site problems.
To achieve that, I rebuilt the creative workflow from the ground up.
INTRODUCING 3D VISUALISATION INTO THE BUSINESS
Before campaign development began, I led the introduction of full 3D product visualisation across the BUNKER range.
This transformed our creative and marketing process:
- Consistent lighting, angles and materials across the full range
- Faster creation of new visuals for launches and advertising
- Ability to explore colourways and variations instantly
- Continuity across product families
- High-quality assets suitable for print, web and video
This 3D-first approach replaced the limitations of traditional photography and gave us a strong, consistent visual foundation for the LOAD-UP and Van Storage launch campaign.
CREATIVE DIRECTION FOR THE CAMPAIGN
Working with NRG Studio, I drove the creative direction and visual approach for:
- Two main campaign launch videos
- Two USP-focused explainer videos (3D)
My work included:
- Storyboarding
- Messaging hierarchy
- Shot structure and pacing
- Product USP integration
- Visual narrative flow
The goal was simple: communicate the real value of these products with clarity, confidence and authenticity.

LOCATION SOURCING & CASTING
Alongside the Head of Marketing, I sourced two ideal locations that matched the tone and audience:
- A house renovation project in Surrey
- A working building site in Hampshire
We also cast actors that represented the trade audience and helped bring the story to life with realism.
ART DIRECTION ON SET
On both shoot days, I acted as Art Director, ensuring:
- Scenes captured product features from the right angles
- The storytelling matched the campaign objectives
- Lighting, composition and framing reinforced the USPs
- We maximised opportunities to build a strong bank of visuals
- The shoot stayed aligned with brand and creative intent
I also directed our internal photography team to capture complementary product stills, ensuring consistency across video, photography and 3D.

POST-PRODUCTION CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
Back at Draper, I continued in the Creative Director role — overseeing and refining:
- Video editing and visual cadence
- Colour grading and tone
- Integration of 3D assets
- Music selection and sound direction
- Consistency across campaign touchpoints
My responsibility was to ensure the final films, product visuals and photography all delivered a unified brand experience.
MARKETING ROLLOUT & CAMPAIGN ASSETS
Alongside the film and photography, I handled creative direction for all supporting marketing and advertising collateral, including:
- Digital advertising
- Social content
- Website banners
- Retail graphics
- Press and trade magazine advertising
- The Professional Builder magazine front cover
Every touchpoint reinforced the same message and visual language established during the 3D and video development.

THE RESULT
A cohesive, strategically-led product launch campaign built on strong creative direction, precise art direction, high-end 3D visualisation and on-site authenticity.
The LOAD-UP and Van Storage ranges launched with a clear narrative, premium visuals and a unified identity — helping BUNKER reach a broader trade audience with confidence and clarity.

Lennie didn’t hesitate to offer to help our charity Sustain For Life. He created some fantastic designs for our 2018 Christmas campaign which helped us generate essential charity donations. The turnaround of the work was quick and high quality making the whole process stress free! Having worked with Lennie previously for many years I know his work is consistently good and always happy to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
