Situation
Deutsche Post needed to introduce a new global distribution service to a UK audience. The offer was complex, with multiple international variables, so it needed a clear and engaging way to explain the benefits and generate leads.
Task
I was asked to design and deliver a microsite and supporting campaign assets that could simplify the service, guide users through key information and encourage enquiries.
Action
Developed the concept, user experience and visual direction for the microsite, making the offer clear and easy to navigate. Introduced an interactive 3D globe so users could explore destinations and access local service information in a simple way.
Led the build, working with developers and designers to keep everything on brand and running smoothly. Also designed and artworked supporting booklets and campaign materials, keeping things consistent across print and digital.
Result
The microsite made a complex service easier to understand and use, and became the main platform for the campaign. The digital and print work stayed consistent, giving a clear and joined-up experience.
