CA Charter is a monthly publication requiring consistent delivery across editorial, advertising and print. The challenge was to maintain quality and clarity across each issue while managing multiple contributors and tight production timelines.
Task
Responsible for the full design and production of each edition, ensuring consistency across layout, typography, imagery and print output.
Action
Led the creative direction and layout of each issue, including cover design and internal page structure.
Art directed and commissioned photography, ensuring imagery aligned with editorial content and overall tone.
Managed advertising integration, maintaining consistency between editorial and commercial content.
Coordinated contributors, photographers and stakeholders across time zones to keep production on schedule.
Oversaw print production, including colour management, pagination and prepress, attending press passes to ensure quality across web and litho runs.
